Cancellation & Return
We kindly request your compliance with the following cancellation terms:
To initiate a cancellation or return request, please provide your order number and send an email to info@dovari.in. Ensure that the email’s subject line includes both the reason for cancellation/return and the order number.
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within two hours of placing it. After this time frame, cancellations will result in only a credit note with a validity of 12 months.
Orders canceled within the initial two-hour window will be eligible for a refund or credit note, which will be processed within 7 to 10 days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In case of circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from processing, procuring, or delivering your order within a specified time, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. Neither party will incur any liability.
Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items or those significantly different from the online description.
If the product requires a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Such products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. The returned product will pass through a strict quality check, and only then will the refund be initiated. Any products found to be worn, used, or soiled will not be accepted.
Customized or special delivery orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
Returns should be initiated within 7 days of registering the return request with Dovari.in.
Returns Policy for Shipping within India:
If you choose cash on delivery or prepaid with return pick-up, a fee of Rs. 150/- will apply. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return request.
In a return situation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.
Stitched merchandise like custom-made and standard stitching products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Sarees cannot be returned if the blouse or petticoat has been stitched.
Refunds:
For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be initiated within 35 days of receiving the return in-store. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, we can accommodate this as long as the item is in stock.
